Favourable and ideal location with pleasant view to the park. Exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, a safe, and multi-channel TV in the room. Savoury and excellent food. Good value and super-friendly and very pleasant staff who dealt with my reservation.

I recently stayed at Hotel Oaza for 8 days for a relaxing getaway. The staff at Oaza were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting me with anything I needed, from recommending a nearby pharmacy to helping plan a boat tour. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a five-minute walk from the old town area and main shopping street. I was delighted to have a spacious room with a beautiful view of the sea from the top floor. Despite some reviews mentioning cleanliness issues, I experienced no problems in this regard. The breakfast served at Oaza was rich and tasty, providing a great start to each day of my stay.

Location is good. Staff was kind.

My room was too small. No window in my room. Room cleaning was poor, they only changed towels and litter bag, that`s all.

We got a room with a Jacuzzi.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, and the location was fabulous. It was close to the beach and the city center, giving me easy access to all the attractions. I also enjoyed the spacious room and great breakfast served in the morning. Additionally, the cleanliness and hotel facilities were well-maintained and impressive. Finally, the transportation and parking options were convenient, including easy access to the Dubrovnik airport.

Nothing not to love!

This hotel is a reasonable choice with a great location right on the promenade, perfect for exploring the area. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and some even have a fridge and terrace or big balcony. Breakfast is also good value for money at only 3 euros.

The room wasn't the type shown in the pictures while booking. Rather dirty. Waste wasn't taken out during the whole stay, there was no toilet paper, towels of grey colour (originally blue and pink).

The location turned out to be excellent and lovely, close to the beach and the old town and a large shopping mall and grocery store. It also was in front of a stagnant infested river❤🙂🙂

During my recent stay at Hotel Oaza, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and beautiful room I was given. The room had a lovely balcony where I could enjoy the view. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed for my trip. The hotel's convenient location near the promenade allowed me to easily access the beach, the old town, and the markets. I had a pleasant experience at Hotel Oaza and would recommend it to others.

I thoroughly enjoyed spacious room in this hotel.

The room was spacious but slightly less well maintained than indicated and available with fridge. The breakfast was gorgeous with juice and fine- eggs in various guises, for instance and frequently replenished. Also, location was favourable and unbeatable, just 5 minutes walk from Budva Old Town.

Nice clean quiet hotel with a very friendly staff. The room was comfortable, plenty of hot water in shower, working fridge. Excellent location; walking distance to beach, old town, restaurants and bus station.

The breakfast was not great. Also, the ocean view was blocked by a building being constructed. but this was of course not the hotel's fault.

The hotel it self was very poor and dirty, small room and certainly not a four star rating........the photos on the internet were very deceiving and false.......service was poor and there was no value for money.....when I booked apparently the breakfast was included as part of the package but when I arrived, I was told I had to pay for breakfast.......and the price of meals and beverage was exhuberant for such a hotel. I would never stay there again and certainly would never recommend the hotel to anyone else...........

the location was perfect, right near the lively promenade of Budva. It was great being able to easily explore all the nearby attractions and enjoy the buzzing atmosphere. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests I had. Thirdly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with basic amenities. I particularly appreciated having a fridge in the room and a nice balcony to relax on. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to each day. I found this hotel to be excellent value for money, offering a comfortable stay with attention to detail.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

This was a good "worth-the-money" visit. The general standard of the hotel felt very reasonable and the location (50m to the beach "board-walk") was excellent. We stayed in the hotel-part of the complex but do check out the apartment-side which looked great!
